RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 14-day full product money back / exchange guarantee. Please see a guideline to this policy below: 

How do I return an item?

We allow two return methods:
  • Bring the item(s) in their original branded packaging and in a new condition to our ParcHaus showroom together with your proof of purchase or
  • Contact us via phone or email to arrange a collection of the items from your premises by our logistics partner. The cost of this transport will be for your account. The items to be collected must in their original branded packaging and in a new condition. Proof of purchase also needs to be provided.

 

Will I be refunded the full amount of money?

Your refund amount will be equal to the amount you paid for the goods returned, with the following exceptions:
  • If your original purchase included a delivery fee then this delivery fee amount will not be reimbursed
  • If the goods returned are not in their original packaging we will charge a re-packing fee which will be deducted from the amount reimbursed to you
  • As mentioned above - if you decide to arrange collection of goods via our logistics partner the cost of this transport is for your account and will be deducted from the amount refunded to you

 

Do you always accept returns?

We do not accept returns in the following circumstances:
  • When the 14 day return period has been exceeded. In the case of in-store purchases this period starts on the day of Invoice. In the case of online purchases the period starts on the day of delivery
  • When the customer is not able to produce a proof of purchase
  • When the goods to be returned are not in a new condition
  • When the item you purchased is a SALE item. We do not accept refunds or exchange on Sale items

 

The product I purchased is faulty

Faulty products are covered under our Warranty conditions. Please refer to our Warranty Conditions
